Twin/double room with every comfort provided. Excellent breakfast choice with gravy.

The staff - outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly and were happy to help with the requests. I got double room for 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. Terrific services were available.

Fantastic small property with welcoming and exceptional staff at all times. Huge units for a normal size sink. Incredible lovely location, in nice surroundings. Also - right by Bar and Restaurants, a cafe & birds and bridlington and the coast. 

The staff were happy to help and provided lots of information. The breakfast was super and sensational with gravy, the staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly.

The twin room was airy with a boiler in.

The deluxe bungalow was well maintained and fashionable. The bed was very clean; and there was a walk-in shower. The location was lovely on the coast.

The property was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful with pleasant staff at all times. We were provided with the twin/double room and the breakfast was sensational,.

Wonderful small and clean place with outstandingly accommodating and super friendly staff at all times. Good and lovely location a short walk from St Nicholas' Church. Nice restaurant relatively near the hotel. Choose double room with every comfort, 

The place was fairly clean with free parking and a comfy bed. An electric kettle and fridges in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The location of the hotel was good and lovely, in the Race The Waves 

Fantastic property, has very attentive staff at all times. Airy standard king room, very big beds. Sensational breakfast with gravy, reasonably priced. Overall absolutely perfect and excellent location really close to the

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially during the busy summer season. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was fantastic, with everything I needed and little touches that made it feel 

The restaurant was lovely with excellent food, I tried delicious dishes. It was nice to have an electric kettle, central heating and an iron.
